Supply and Installation of 1.5-Ton DC Inverter Air Conditioners for HRD, Zonal Head Secretariat, Mardan and Chitral Cash Counters, State Life Peshawar Zone

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (Peshawar Zone) invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of 1.5-Ton DC Inverter Air Conditioners for the HRD, Zonal Head Secretariat, Mardan and Chitral cash counters. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance cooling facilities at the specified locations within the Peshawar Zone. Items being procured: - 3 units of 1.5 Ton DC Inverter Air Conditioners for State Life Peshawar Zone - 1 unit for Mardan cash counter - 1 unit for Chitral cash counter The technical specifications require wall-mounted split type full DC inverter air conditioners with a minimum cooling capacity of 1.5 Ton / 18,000 BTU/hr, high-efficiency T3 tropical DC inverter compressor, suitable for ambient temperatures up to 50–52°C, and operation in heat and cool modes. The units must have 100% copper tubing with anti-corrosion coating for evaporator and condenser coils, washable air filters, built-in voltage protection, and come with original wireless remote controls. Installation includes all fittings, wiring, drain piping, supports, and commissioning at site. Warranty terms include a minimum of 3 years comprehensive warranty, 8 years compressor warranty, and 4 years PCB warranty or higher as per manufacturer. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, FBR Active Taxpayer List status, non-blacklisting certificate, and relevant experience. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically through the portal. Bid security or bid securing declaration is mandatory. The bidding process follows Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
