Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and contractors to submit electronic bids for the Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair (AOM&R) of all metaled roads in District Dera Ismail Khan for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued by the C&W Highway Division D.I.Khan and follows the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 15.09.2021, under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.

- Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair of all metaled roads in District Dera Ismail Khan for the year 2026-27 (Emergent Nature Work)
The scope of work includes comprehensive maintenance and repair of all metaled roads within the district, ensuring road safety and usability throughout the contract period. The work is emergent in nature and must be completed as per the work order issued by the department. Contractors must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013, and possess a valid PEC category C-6 or above. Additional requirements include NTN active status, KPRA active registration, CNIC, and C&W enlistment for 2027.
Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-PADS system by 10-08-2026 at 12:00 PM. The financial bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division D.I.Khan. Bid security requirements vary depending on the bid price relative to the Engineer's Estimate, with detailed instructions provided in the tender notice. A separate CDR for Stamp Duty must accompany the tender documents at the time of opening.
