Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration as of June 2026 in the relevant category for bids exceeding PKR 4.5 million, active FBR and SRB registration with ATL status, average annual turnover of at least PKR 50 million over the last three years, and documented experience of at least two years in similar works. Bidders must also provide bank statements, tax returns, machinery ownership or rental documents, and affidavits regarding non-blacklisting and litigation status.
