Operations and Management of the Curved LED Screen

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites experienced and reputable bidders with valid National Tax Number (NTN) registered with the Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) to participate in the open bidding process for the operations and management of the curved LED screen located at the CBD Complex near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore. The bidding will be conducted under the Request for Proposal without Negotiations using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024. Items being procured: - Operations and Management of the curved LED screen Bidders can obtain complete bidding documents including detailed scope, criteria, terms, and conditions from the Procurement Directorate Office of PCBDDA upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000 by pay order or CDR in favor of Punjab Central Business District Development Authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 2,000,000 in the form of an original Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan favoring PCBDDA. The bid security must remain valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period, and bids shall be valid for 120 days. Interested firms with strong capability and experience in similar nature projects are encouraged to submit sealed bids clearly marked 'Operations & Management of the curved LED screen' addressed to the Director Procurement, PCBDDA, CBD Complex (Old Walton Airport), near Naval Base, Lt. (Navy) Yasir Shaheed Road, Lahore on or before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is October 14, 2026, by 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
