Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF) invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible and qualified firms or organizations, including Joint Ventures (JVs) and Consortia, for the outsourcing of management and operations of 37 health facilities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements. The objective is to promote innovative healthcare delivery models to improve quality, accessibility, and coverage of healthcare services, especially in underserved and remote areas. Applicants must have requisite experience and capacity to manage and operate healthcare facilities as per the EOI documents. Each hospital/health facility is treated as a separate project, and applicants must indicate their order of preference accordingly. Eligibility requires registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and compliance with all terms in the EOI documents. A Pre-EOI Meeting is scheduled for 2nd October 2026 at 3:00 PM at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation, Peshawar. The deadline for submission of EOIs is 15th October 2026 at or before 11:00 AM (PST), with opening at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation reserves the right to reject applications/proposals as per applicable procurement rules and legal framework.
