Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and hold registration in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', or 'E' of MES. Contractors not on the approved MES list must provide certificates and details of works executed in the last two years. Firms must submit applications with credentials to obtain tender documents. Tender submissions must be received by the Accepting Officer by **1130 hours on 16 Nov 2026**, with opening at **1200 hours on the same day**.
