Supply of Other Contingency Items, Machinery Repair, and Furniture Repair Articles for Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Elite Force Police Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for the supply of Other Contingency Items, repair of machinery, and furniture repair articles for the current financial year 2026-27. This procurement is based on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014 and is open to approved government contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments as well as the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Items being procured: - Other Contingency Items/Articles - Repair of Machinery - Furniture Repair Items/Articles The scope includes supply and repair services at the Elite Force Police Department premises in Peshawar. Contractors must demonstrate capability and capacity to supply and repair the listed items. The tender requires submission of original bidding documents; photocopies will not be accepted. Earnest Money of 2% in the form of bank drafts from scheduled banks in favor of the Deputy Commandant Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory. Upon acceptance, a security deposit of 10% of the total value is required as a deposit at call, valid until 30 June 2027. Rates quoted must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes and duties and remain valid until 30 June 2027. The last date for submission of tenders/quotations is 10 August 2026 by 11:00 hours, with opening on the same day in the presence of the committee and bidders at the Deputy Commandant Elite Force CPO Khyber Pakhtunkhwa office in Peshawar. Payment will be made after supply and verification by the Accountant General Office Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
