Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan invites manufacturing companies, sole distributors, and well reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments to participate in the tender for outsourcing a photocopier machine for the Administration Block. Items being procured: - Outsource Photocopier Machine for the Administration Block The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System, ensuring transparency and compliance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 under a Single Stage Procedure. Bidders must quote rates inclusive of all applicable taxes. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder for the entire tender. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and submission of bid security online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order will be accepted. The complete bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 05-11-2026, 12:00 p.m. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Office of the Purchase Officer or Committee Room B.Z. University Multan. In case of closed or forced holidays, the tender opening time and date will be considered the next working day.
