The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Lahore Zone invites experienced and reputable firms for outsourcing services of Class-IV staff on a non-consultancy basis for its Zonal Office in Lahore. The procurement is for a contract period of two years starting from the date of commencement. Items being procured: - Dispatch Rider (1) - Naib Qasid (8) - Frash (1) - Cook (1) - Chowkidar (2) The scope includes providing reliable and efficient Class-IV staff to support the operational needs of FIA Lahore Zone. Bidders must be registered with Provincial/Federal Government departments and have valid registration with FBR and PRA as active taxpayers. The bidding process will be conducted electronically through the E-PADS v2.0 portal, with manual submissions not allowed. Earnest money in the form of a bid security amounting to 2% of the quoted price in the shape of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of FIA Lahore Zone is mandatory. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bid meeting all technical and financial criteria.
