Items being procured: - Security Services: 30 Security Guards, 4 Lady Guards/Searchers, 2 Head Guards, 1 Security Supervisor, 3 QRF Personnel, 2 Patrolling Guards with Electric Bikes, 3 Control Room Operators - Janitorial, Gardening and Operation & Maintenance: 50 Janitors/Cleaners, 2 Supervisors, Cleaning tools and chemicals (lump sum), 10 Gardeners, 1 Horticulturist, horticulture tools (lump sum), 2 Electricians, 2 Plumbers, 1 HVAC/AC Technician, 1 General Technician, 1 O&M Supervisor, 2 Masons - Hostel Services: 3 Wardens, 4 Ayas, 12 Room Attendants, Bedding sets and personal care items for 500 students, Laundry and Barber services for 300 students - Mess Services: Food and catering for 600 persons on a per-meal all-inclusive basis - Uniform and Tailoring, Books, Stationery, Bags, Sports Kits: Uniforms, shoes, stationery kits, school bags for 800 students - Transport Services: Various vehicles including Hiace, 660cc, 1000cc, 1300cc vehicles, ambulance, school bus with drivers and conductors on need basis - Service Management Office: HR Manager, Payroll/Admin/Account Manager, Field Supervisor, Clerical Staff, Office Boy The scope includes recruitment, screening, deployment within 15 days of contract signing, salary disbursement, attendance monitoring, compliance with labor laws, timely replacement of staff, record maintenance, and regular reporting to DSA. The contract duration is one year with possible extension based on performance. Eligibility requires legally registered firms with minimum 7 years registration for lead partner, prior experience in integrated facility management, minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 300 million, valid registrations, tax compliance, affidavits of no litigation and blacklisting, dedicated staffing, and bid security of Rs. 2.0 million.
