Outsourcing Support Staff / Essential Services for Small Dams Division Islamabad

The Irrigation Department Govt. of the Punjab invites electronic bids for outsourcing support staff and essential services for the Small Dams Division Islamabad. This procurement is for the period from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027. The work involves providing skilled and unskilled labor and essential support services to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of small dams under the division's jurisdiction. Items being procured: - Outsourcing Support Staff - Essential Services The bidding process is conducted through the Punjab e-procurement system under the Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have valid registration on the Punjab e-procurement portal. The estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 40,387,516/- with an earnest money requirement of Rs. 2,019,376/- (5%). The contract duration is one year ending on 30.06.2027. The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount. Payment will be made monthly upon submission of verified attendance sheets and proof of salary payments. All applicable taxes will be deducted at source as per government rules. Bidders should quote rates based on minimum wage rates notified by the Finance Department Punjab. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules. The last date for e-bid submission is 06 October 2026 at 1:30 PM, with bid opening at 2:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-procurement system only. Manual bids will not be accepted.
