Hiring of Consulting Firm for Development of Parental Engagement Curriculum and Supplementary Learning Materials

The Balochistan Education Support Program (PMU-BESP) in Quetta is procuring consulting services for the development of a parental engagement curriculum and supplementary learning materials. This initiative is part of the Getting Results: Access and Delivery of Quality Education Services in Balochistan (GRADES-B) project, funded by the World Bank and the Government of Pakistan. The assignment requires expertise in education, early grade learning, parental/community engagement, curriculum development for semi-literate audiences, multilingual material production, and qualitative fieldwork such as focus groups and pre-testing. Eligible firms must demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant experience, documented completion of similar assignments, and capacity to work in rural and low-literacy contexts. The firm may be a joint venture or sub-consultancy but must clearly state the arrangement.
