Each scheme requires compliance with PEC category C-5 or C-6 (as specified), and specialized codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10. Bidders must provide valid registration certificates, audited financials for the last three years, machinery/equipment lists, bank statements, NTN and SRB certificates, and proof of similar completed works. Earnest Money (Bid Security) ranges from Rs. 10,89,500 to Rs. 25,00,000 per scheme, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 applies to each lot. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS SPPRA Sindh portal and physically at the office of the Chairman Procurement Committee, Parks and Horticulture Department, KMC, inside Bagh-e-Jinnah, Fatima Jinnah Road, Karachi, by 28-08-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM.
