Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department of Tehsil Samarbagh District Dir Lower is procuring pavement and PCC works for multiple streets and roads across various villages and union councils within Dir Lower. This tender covers a wide range of road improvement projects including pavement and PCC of streets at locations such as Niamat and Shireen Nawab Muhallah, Tange Shah, Numan Adam Shah, Chaghraba, Main Juni Kalay, Bakht Dak Qilla, Abdul Jabar Muhallah, Anwar Said Muhallah, Kotkay Bypass, Shakkeel Muhallah, Telyano Muhallah, Kas Muhallah, Larai Market, Oxford Muhallah, Manzoor Kurona, Aziz and Fatha Kurona, Badin Kalay, Cham Muhallah, Khazana Muhallah, Yaseen Muhallah, Sifat Kurona Ghuba, Izaz Muhallah, Shad Muhammad Kurona, Miraj and Irshad Koruna, Abdulaziz Koruna, Banda VC New Koto, Monshicham VC New Koto, Shontala near Madrasa, Murallah Main Gambir, Markhano Babagi Patay, and others.
The technical scope involves pavement and PCC works on streets and roads with estimated costs ranging from approximately PKR 1 million to PKR 8.31 million per work, with bid securities calculated at 2% of the estimated cost. The works are to be executed in compliance with the standards set by the Local Government and Rural Development Department. The projects are funded by the Provincial Government and require contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the C&W category as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must also have valid FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration and KPRA registration for the current financial year.
