Hiring of PBM Sweet Home Building on Rent in Larkana

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) Provincial Office Sindh invites bids for hiring a Sweet Home (PSH) building on rent in Larkana. The building is intended to accommodate 100 male children along with staff members comfortably. The department requires a building with a covered area between 8,000 to 10,000 sqft, comprising 12 to 15 large rooms with attached washrooms, 1 to 2 kitchens, and 1 to 2 dining halls spacious enough to accommodate 100 children at a time. The building must have availability of all utility services including electricity, gas, and water. The building must be located in Larkana city. Interested individuals or firms must submit/upload their bids (Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal) separately on E-PAD v2.0. The earnest money in the form of CDR/Pay order amounting to Rs. 26,250/- is refundable and interest-free, payable to the Director PBM Provincial Office Sindh. Technical bids must include attested ownership documents, special power of attorney if applicable, approved building map, attested CNIC copy of owner(s), contact number, rent demanded (financial bid only), affidavit confirming no government liabilities or litigation, and a filled Bid Securing Declaration. The tender documents are available on PPRA E-PAD v2.0 and PBM website. The closing date for submission is 27-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM.
