Bidders must submit bids online through the KP PPRA EPADS Portal before the deadline. Earnest Money in the form of CDR at 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Technical and financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation. The department emphasizes strict compliance with bid security and submission requirements to avoid disqualification.
The tender closing date is **30th July 2026** at 12:00 PM for submission, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. The submission method is electronic via the EPADS portal. Interested bidders should ensure their PEC registration and FBR/ATL status are current and prepare detailed cost analysis if bidding below 20% of the engineer’s estimate. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully attach the affidavit of bid security with the technical bid to avoid non-responsiveness and to strictly follow the online submission guidelines to prevent rejection due to procedural errors.
