P/F Aggregate Base Course Damage Area at Abdul Khalique Road / Hashim Lassi Street, TMC Lyari

The Town Municipal Corporation Lyari (TMC Lyari) invites eligible contractors, firms, and parties to submit e-bids through the EPADS website of SPPRA for the procurement of works related to the repair and laying of aggregate base course at the damaged area of Abdul Khalique Road and Hashim Lassi Street in Lyari, Karachi. This tender is issued under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per SPP Rules 2010 (amended). Items being procured: - Excavation of pipeline trenches and pits with soil trimming and dressing - Laying RCC pipes with rubber ring joints (12" diameter) - Refilling excavated trenches with compaction - Construction of manholes with CI frames and covers - Shifting and fixing of 36" diameter ring slabs on damaged manholes - Manufacturing and supplying RCC ring slabs and manhole covers - Earth excavation and cartage of materials - Laying aggregate base course material over prepared subgrade with compaction The scope includes excavation, pipe laying, manhole construction, refilling, and laying of aggregate base course material as per specifications and drawings. The work site is located at Abdul Khalique Road and Hashim Lassi Street, TMC Lyari, Karachi. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in the relevant category, registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN certificate, experience with at least two similar works of minimum 50% project cost or one work of 80% project cost in the last five years, and financial statements showing turnover not less than the project cost. Tender fees of Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) must be submitted via pay order in favor of Town Municipal Corporation Lyari before bid opening. Bid security of Rs. 150,000/- (5% of estimated cost) in the form of pay order or bank draft must be uploaded with the bid, and the original must be submitted physically one day before bid opening.
