Construction of Raja Mumtaz Hussain Rathore Sports Stadium Mumtazabad Haveli

The Public Works Department (PWD) Buildings/PHE Division Haveli invites sealed bids from contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 and endorsed by PWD AJK in the appropriate category with specialization code CE-10. The project involves the construction of Raja Mumtaz Hussain Rathore Sports Stadium located at Mumtazabad (Miryani Basti), Tehsil Mumtazabad, District Haveli (Kahuta), Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Items being procured: - Construction of Raja Mumtaz Hussain Rathore Sports Stadium Mumtazabad (Miryani Basti) Tehsil Mumtazabad District Haveli (Kahuta) AJK The technical scope includes full construction works as per PEC category C-4 and above with specialization CE-10, following the technical sanction number 01/CE/B(N)/Drawing/2026 dated 09/10/2026. The completion period for the project is 15 months. Bidders must be registered with PEC and C&W PP&H department for e-bidding. Prospective bidders should obtain username and login details from the IT Section, Office of Chief Engineer Buildings/PHE Block N DHQ Muzaffarabad. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the C&W website www.cwd.ajk.gov.pk up to one day prior to the opening date. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank in Azad Kashmir or Bank of AJK before uploading the financial bid. The original CDR along with signed bidding documents and financial bid must be submitted within two days after tender opening. Bids without valid call deposit or tampered documents will be rejected. Bid securities of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after contract award or bid validity expiry. Electronic bidding will be conducted on 29th October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
