Tender Description
The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is inviting sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Grid Station Hardware under the reference number P90310 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the Manager Procurement (PMU) MEPCO located at Khanewal Road, Multan. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Items being procured:
- TMRH Connector (Quantity: 90)
- 90B63F Connector (Quantity: 13)
- Earth Wire Tension Assembly with G Clamp (Quantity: 38)
All items are to be delivered to the 132KV MEPCO Warehouse, Khanewal Road, Multan, with a delivery schedule of 90 days. The hardware must comply with the latest NTDC specifications and come with a 2-year warranty. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid PEC categories, and provide bid security as specified. Experience requirements include at least two contracts of similar or higher rating in the last 10 years and manufacturing experience of 5 years. Bidders must also submit valid type test reports and manufacturer authorization.
The bid submission deadline is Monday, September 7, 2026, at 10:15 AM via EPADS v2.0 only; manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:45 AM. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and ensure compliance with all bidding document requirements. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without liability.
