PMU-35/2026-27 Misc Items (Sub Station) Procurement by MEPCO Multan

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is inviting sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of miscellaneous substation items under the contract reference PMU-35/2026-27 with tender number P90343. The items must comply with WAPDA/NTDC specifications and IEC standards, with valid type test reports or prototype approvals as applicable. The procurement requires bidders to be registered with FBR, have relevant experience, and submit bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bidders may participate individually or as joint ventures with up to two members. The bidding documents are available on EPADS portal and bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
