Civil & E&M Related Works Required at Official Residence of Hon'ble Member-II

The Civil-Maintenance Division PMOH, Maintenance of Public Buildings Directorate (Capital Development Authority (CDA)) Islamabad invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of Civil and Electrical & Mechanical related works required at the official residence of Hon'ble Member-II. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with contract reference number P150168. The scope includes a comprehensive range of civil and E&M works at the specified official residence in Islamabad. Items being procured: - White wash or colour wash (60 Sqm) - Surface preparation and painting with emulsion paint (60 Sqm) - Ordinary distemper or oil bound distemper painting (60 Sqm) - Weather shield paint application on external surfaces (60 Sqm) - Painting of doors and windows (60 Sqm) - Box type kitchen cabinet with laminated MDF sheets (20 Sqm) - Lacquer polish on wooden surfaces (16 Sqm) - Ceramic tile flooring of specified sizes (20 Sqm) - Looking glass 55x40 cm (5 units) - European coupled water closet set (1 unit) - Glazed earthenware wash hand basin with pedestal (3 units) - CP bathroom set including taps, mixers, bib cocks, showers, Muslim shower (various quantities) - PVC waste pipe fittings (6 units) - Copper conductor cable 3/0.74 mm (45 meters) - Pakistan Energy Label NEECA approved exhaust and ceiling fans (2 units each) - PVC double layer switch kits with switches and sockets (various quantities) - 3 pin switch and plug combined recessed type (various quantities) - Light plugs and PVC boxes for light plugs (various quantities) - Control wire laying (20 Rft) - Replacement and fixing of LED lights 7 watt and 24 watt (various quantities) The technical scope covers surface preparation, painting, cabinetry, flooring, sanitary fittings, electrical wiring, and lighting installation at the official residence. All materials and equipment must conform to approved standards and manufacturers as specified. Bidders must be registered with PEC for relevant categories and have valid FBR/ATL registration. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit or Bid Securing Declaration is required. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, October 23, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 12:00 PM.
