PMU-38/2026-27 SPG Poles and Grounding Bolts & Templates Procurement

The Manager Procurement (PMU) MEPCO (Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO)) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of SPG Poles and Grounding Bolts & Templates as per NTDC Specification P-166:83 (amended up-to-date). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Multan, Punjab. Items being procured: - SPG Poles without Grounding Bolts & Templates (Power transmission steel tower) - Bolts & Templates for SPG pole (Power transmission steel tower) The technical scope includes supply of SPG poles and associated grounding bolts and templates conforming to the latest NTDC specifications. Delivery is scheduled within 120 days. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid ATL status, and demonstrate satisfactory past performance with MEPCO or DISCOs. PEC category and manufacturer authorization are required. Bid security of PKR 1,005,400 is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal by 10:00 AM on October 6, 2026, with original bid security submitted physically to the office of Chief Engineer (Development) PMU MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure compliance with all requirements.
