The project involves installation and commissioning of HT lines including 58' and 45' HT poles, a 39.5 km HT conductor dog line, and 55 HT earth rods. The scope covers critical electrical infrastructure upgrades to ensure reliable power supply to the legislative assembly, a key government facility in Muzaffarabad.
The work requires experienced contractors familiar with high-tension electrical systems and grid connections. The project must comply with Pakistan Electric Power standards and ensure safety and durability for long-term operation.
Bidders should hold a valid PEC license in the relevant category and be registered with the FBR with an active ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender requires submission of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security amounting to PKR 180,000. Compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements is essential to avoid disqualification.
The submission deadline is set for 18th April 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day. Bidding documents are available until 17th April 2026. Interested parties must submit sealed bids to the office of the Power Development Organization, Muzaffarabad Division II.
