Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, Taxila Cantt invites bids for the procurement of a Power Transmission and Distribution Experiment System alongwith Accessories. This system is designed for educational and training purposes to demonstrate principles of electrical power transmission and distribution. The procurement is intended for Taxila city in Punjab province. Items being procured: - Three Phase Induction Motor - Three Phase Synchronous Generator - Single Phase Synchronization Generator Module - Three Phase Transformer Module - Transmission Line Module - Inverter Module - Three Phase Power Supply Module - Resistive Load Module - Inductive Load Module - Power Circuit Breaker Module - Capacitive Load Module - Transmission Line Capacitor Module - Excitation Voltage Controller Module - Three Phase Contactor With Overload Relay Module - Electrical Meter - Kilowatt Hour Meter - Simulate Switch Board Module - AC Voltmeter & AC Ammeter - Couplings and Connecting cable The system is intended for indoor laboratory installation with a power supply of 380V, 50Hz and proper earthing. It supports stable operation under no-load, normal load and variable load conditions with high precision measurement of voltage, current, power and power factor. Safety features include overload and short circuit protection, thermal stability for continuous lab operations, and industrial grade components for reliability. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with NTN, provide audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC of CEO/Director, and other relevant documents. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes (technical and financial) separately and dropped at Gate No. 5, Heavy Industries Taxila before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is **03 August 2026 at 10:30 AM** with opening at 11:00 AM the same day. The bid security must be enclosed with the technical proposal. The contract duration for delivery is within 1 month after signing. Postal order of Rs 2,000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all mandatory documents including bid security, NTN certificates, and audit reports are complete and attached as per instructions. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Attend the bid opening with an authorized representative familiar with the bid contents to verify the information read out.
