Pre-Qualification of Air Travel Agencies at Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board, an autonomous body under the administrative control of Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids/offers through EPADS from firms registered with Tax Authorities (Income Tax/Sales Tax) on ATL of FBR & IATA. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of Air Travel Agencies at Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad The pre-qualification process is aimed at shortlisting competent air travel agencies for future procurement needs. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and have valid ATL and IATA registrations. The bidding documents are available on Pakistan Sports Board website and PPRA website, and can be downloaded via e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS 2.0). Bids must be submitted online on EPADS with scanned copy of bid security and proposal before the tender opening date. Original bid security must be submitted to PSB before bid opening. Bids submitted other than EPADS will not be entertained. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers as per PPRA rules 2004. The bid security amount is Rs. 300,000 refundable in the name of PSB. Tender opening is scheduled for 11-09-2026 at 1130 hrs with bid receiving starting at 1100 hrs. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
