Pre-Qualification for Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014

This notice invites pre-qualification applications for procurements conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 by the Directorate of Youth Affairs Balochistan located at Ayub Stadium, Quetta. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification documents for various procurements under BPPRA GOB Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience from the date of registration with the regulator, possess a minimum turnover of 50 Million PKR, be present on the Active Tax Payer List, and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Submission of company/firm No Demand Certificate, affidavit regarding tender participation, and audit reports for the last 3 years attested by a Chartered Accountant are mandatory. Pre-qualification documents can be obtained from the Directorate office upon payment of 1,000 PKR in the form of a Green Challan. Documents are also downloadable from the BPPRA website. The last date for submission of pre-qualification documents is 22 October 2026 by 11:00 AM at the Directorate office. Opening of pre-qualification documents will be on the same day at 12:00 PM. Tender documents and bidding documents are available electronically via the BPPRA portal. The last date for electronic bid submission is 22 October 2026 through the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be conducted at 12:00 PM on the same day via the ePPS system. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the electronic submission procedures and ensure all required documents, including earnest money and technical bids, are complete to avoid disqualification. Early preparation and registration on the BPPRA portal is recommended to meet the submission deadline.
