Pre-Qualification for Construction and Maintenance Works at HIT Taxila Cantt by Military Engineer Services

Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for various construction and maintenance works at HIT Taxila Cantt within fifteen days of this advertisement as per PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. The works include reconstruction of boundary wall of CMES Office (355 Rft), rehabilitation of 32 men barracks and miscellaneous office works, repair and maintenance of Tuff Paver and new gate with boundary wall, construction of new WT-21 and retaining wall, construction of small bridges and culverts, guard room construction, upgradation of electric system in turret and shops, repair/replacement of cable shops, faulty building lights, washrooms, internal distemper and paint, repair of steel gates, window and ventilator glass replacement, construction of shed of MT shed (1500 sft), miscellaneous works for B&R, E&M, W/S & F&S, zonal offices TC's, DC work for B&R sub division, and auction of store for E&M, B&R, W/S & F&S. Items being procured: - Re construction of boundary wall of CMES Office (355 Rft) - Rehab of 32 Men Barracks and Misc Office Works - Repair/Maintenance of Tuff Paver and new Gate with boundary wall - Construction of New WT-21 and Retaining Wall - Construction of 2 Small Bridges / culverts - Construction of 1 Guard Room at Gate No. 05 - Upgradation of Electric System in Turret, Hull & Assy Shop - Repair / replacement of 1 HT Cable Shop - Repair of Faulty Building Lights - Prod Shops at HIT - Repair of 2 wash rooms in shed 19 - Internal distemper / paint (including gates) in shed 19 - Repair of steel gates qty - 2 in shed 19 - Repair / replacement of window & ventilator glasses - Construction of Shed of MT Shed (1500 sft) - Misc Works B&R, E&M, W/S & F&S - TC's for Zonal Offices Rwp, Lhr & Kca - DC Work B&R Sub Divn - Auction of store E&M, B&R, W/S & F&S Contractors with MES category 'A, B, C, D, E' are eligible to apply. Applications must include proof of experience, bank certificate, details of tools and plants, and previous experience details. Tender documents will be issued to scrutinized contractors on 28 August 2026. Earnest money in form of CDR or Pay Order is required. Tenders must be received by 1130 hours on 4 September 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
