Pre-Qualification for Construction, Repair, Maintenance, and Appointment of Auctioneer for Miscellaneous Buildings and B&R/E&M Items in AOR of CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for a comprehensive scope of works in Rawalpindi under the jurisdiction of CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II. This notice covers a wide range of construction, repair, minor and major maintenance, provision, term contracts, and deposit works for miscellaneous buildings. Additionally, it includes the bazar supply of B&R (Building & Roads) and E&M (Electrical & Mechanical) items, as well as the appointment of an auctioneer for asset disposal within the area of responsibility. Items being procured: - Construction, repair, minor and major maintenance, and provision works for miscellaneous buildings - Term contracts and deposit works - Bazar supply of B&R items - Bazar supply of E&M items - Appointment of auctioneer for asset disposal in AOR of CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II The technical scope involves both civil and electrical/mechanical works, requiring contractors to demonstrate experience in similar projects. Only firms with sufficient experience and those meeting special conditions for the job and area will be eligible. All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration. Contractors not on the approved MES list must provide a certificate detailing works executed in the last two years, including agency, amount, time allowed, and departmental performance. Applications for issuance of tender documents must be submitted with complete credentials by 1130 hrs on 24 Nov 2026. Tenders will be opened at 1200 hrs the same day. The office of CMES (Army) Rawalpindi-II will provide further details from 0800 to 1500 hours on working days. Contractors should ensure they are not involved in litigation with any government department and must provide the relevant certificate.
