Pre-Qualification of Firms for Provision of Facilities and Furniture at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Turbat

Military Engineer Services invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for the provision of certain facilities and furniture at multiple locations, including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat. Applicants must be enlisted with MES in category 'A' or 'B' or with another government department, and must provide a detailed company profile, manpower list (including engineers with valid PEC numbers), details of tools, plants and machinery, and a bank statement for the last two years. Essential documents include NTN, FBR, PEC, and MES Registration Certificates. Firms not registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council or whose registration is not valid up to 30th June 2027 will not be considered. Prequalified firms will be required to deposit bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost in favour of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad along with the tender documents.
