Pre-Qualification of Firms for Construction of Services, Facilities and Buildings at Multiple Locations

Military Engineering Services invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for construction works involving services, facilities, and buildings at various locations including Kamra, Taxila, Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Islamabad, Lahore, Sargodha, Kallar Kahar, Chakwal, Sialkot, Multan, D.G Khan, Muzaffarabad, Swat, Peshawar, Petaro, Karachi, Hyderabad, Shah Bandar, Sujawal, Quetta, Khuzdar, Jewani, Pasni, Ormara, Turbat, and Gwadar. Items being procured: - Construction of certain services, facilities, and buildings at the listed locations. Firms must provide detailed work orders, project locations, and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates. Eligible firms should have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works/services and must be registered with PEC in the relevant field. Only firms registered with PEC in Category C-2 and above with validity up to June 2027 are eligible. Preference will be given to contractors enlisted with MES in Categories A, B, C, D, and E. Non-enlisted firms must provide 2% refundable bid security. Firms must also be pre-qualified with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, GHQ Rawalpindi, and have no outstanding DI&E recoveries. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and must be received by Garrison Engineer P-02 at 1130 hours on 04 November 2026, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting office reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA rules 2004.
