Tender Description
The Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR) Islamabad invites eligible firms and workshops to participate in the pre-qualification process for the repair and maintenance of office furniture and fixtures. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to establish a panel of qualified service providers capable of maintaining approximately 2500 office furniture items including chairs, tables, sofa sets, cupboards, almirahs, and wooden partitions in working condition.
Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance of office furniture and fixtures (including Chairs, Tables, Sofa Sets, Cupboards/Almirahs, wooden partitions etc.) approx. 2500 units
The scope includes timely repair and maintenance services as and when required to ensure the functionality and longevity of office furniture assets. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience with at least three years in the field and have completed similar assignments for at least two government departments or private companies in the last three years. Current contracts with government or autonomous bodies are also considered.
Eligibility criteria require valid NTN and sales tax registration, an affidavit of non-blacklisting, and submission of a pay order of Rs. 160,000 as bid security. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure.
Bids must be submitted online via EPADS by **September 18, 2026, 11:00 AM**. The original bid security pay order must be delivered to the AGPR office at G-8/4 Islamabad before the closing time. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all requirements including documentary evidence of eligibility and experience. A practical tip for bidders is to register early on EPADS v2.0 and prepare all required documents in advance to avoid last-minute issues. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
This opportunity is specific to Islamabad and governed by the laws of Pakistan. The successful bidders will be expected to provide services promptly as per contract terms and maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
