Pre-Qualification of General Contractor for Construction and Infrastructure Development at Nawaz Sharif Medical District Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible applicants for the subject procurement at Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore. The scope of work includes construction of buildings and infrastructure development covering Civil, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical & Fire Fighting works, External Development Works, and execution of all necessary Material, Labor(s), Formwork, Tools & Machinery. Items being procured: - Construction of buildings - Civil works - Architectural works - Plumbing works - Electrical works - Mechanical works - Fire Fighting works - External Development Works - Deployment of Material, Labor(s), Formwork, Tools & Machinery The estimated cost is approximately PKR 9,600 Million covering an area of approximately 359,077 square feet. Applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. The PQ Document and detailed requirements are available on ep.punjab.gov.pk and PPRA website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. Proposals must be submitted on or before 08th September 2026 by 03:00 PM, with opening at 03:30 PM on the same day via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Proposals submitted by any other mode will not be considered. If the last date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. Applicants should ensure compliance with PEC Category C-A and prepare earnest money and technical documentation accordingly.
