Pre-Qualification of General Contractor for Construction Works at Maryam Nawaz Institute of Pediatric Health Sciences Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals for the role of General Contractor for construction works at the Maryam Nawaz Institute of Pediatric Health Sciences located in Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Items being procured: - Construction of buildings and infrastructure development - Civil works - Architectural works - Plumbing - Electrical works - Mechanical works - Fire Fighting works - External Development Works - Deployment of all necessary materials, labor, formwork, tools, and machinery The scope covers comprehensive construction and infrastructure development including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire fighting works along with external development. The covered area is approximately 313,710 square feet. The required PEC category for bidders is C-A. All interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. The PQ document and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and PPRA website. Proposals must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 22nd September 2026 no later than 03:00 PM. Prequalification proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals submitted by any other means will not be considered. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. Bidders are advised to carefully review the PQ document and ensure timely registration and submission on the official e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements will be detailed in the PQ document.
