Pre-Qualification of General Order Suppliers for PITAC Lahore

Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC), working under the Federal Ministry of Industries & Production, invites experienced and financially strong firms to apply for Pre-Qualification of General Order Suppliers in Lahore. This pre-qualification is aimed at establishing a panel of capable suppliers for various categories to support PITAC's operational needs. Items being procured: - Supply of Stationery items and IT Equipment - Supply of Hardware, Sanitary, Electrical & Electronics items - Supply of Cleaning material - Supply of Furniture - Supply of Machines, Tools, parts, etc. - Civil Works - Repairing of IT Equipment, Machines, etc. The scope covers a wide range of goods and services including office supplies, IT hardware, cleaning materials, furniture, machinery, civil construction works, and repair services. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities, possess valid NTN, Sales Tax, PRA registrations, and for civil works, valid PEC registration under the relevant category is mandatory. Firms must also submit a non-refundable Tender Participation Fee of Rs. 5,000 and a refundable Bid Security of Rs. 100,000 as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Federal PPRA EPADS web portal before the deadline of 17th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The evaluation will be based on experience, client list, human resources, financial status, and tax compliance with a minimum passing score of 65%.
