The Press Information Department (PID), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan Islamabad, invites pre-qualification applications from authorized and eligible firms, contractors, and bidders for the provision of various services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for service providers based in Islamabad, under the jurisdiction of the Press Information Department. Items being procured: - Printing Services (Printing of Miscellaneous as per requirement on need basis) - IT Services (Provision of IT related services on need basis) - Internet Services (Fiber optic connection with ONT, 50Mbps speed with truly unlimited download and uploading, 24 hrs helpline/customer support, Mobile Application/Web for management and status monitoring) - Provision of Security Guards (Temporary, monthly remuneration basis, proper uniform with weapon, valid government license, armed forces retired personnel) - Hiring of Mini Bus/Coaster Services (For pick & drop from Dhoke Syedan, Bakra Mandi, Harly Street, Kacheri Choke, Old Airport, Korai Choke Rawalpindi to Zeropoint Islamabad and back) - Janitorial Services (Provision of trained janitorial staff on need basis) - Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical Services (Providing/fixing of floor/wall tiles, ceiling, wooden doors, washroom fittings, white washing, floor grinding, PVC paneling, wooden wall partition, PVC hard paneling etc.) The scope covers a wide range of services including printing, IT support, internet connectivity with high-speed fiber optic, security personnel with valid licenses, transport services for staff commuting, janitorial maintenance, and specialized plumbing, carpentry, and electrical works. The services are to be provided on an as-needed basis, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to departmental requirements. Interested firms must have an established operational office in all major cities including Islamabad, be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for both Income Tax and GST, and be registered on the PPRA e-PAIDS portal. A security deposit of 5% of the quoted price in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Drawing & Disbursing Officer, PID Islamabad, must be uploaded with the proposal. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for submission is **July 30, 2026 by 02:00 PM**. Bidders must submit proposals through the e-PAIDS portal only, duly signed and stamped. Firms must be valid vendors of AGPR Islamabad for the financial year 2026-27. Payment will be made upon submission of verified invoices and completion of AGPR pre-audit. Sales tax invoices or bills of entry must be submitted where applicable. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm’s registration details, NTN, Sales Tax Registration Number, AGPR Vendor Number, and IBAN details are complete and up to date on the e-PAIDS portal before submission to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully review the terms and conditions regarding penalties for non-performance and ensure your rates remain valid until June 30, 2027.
