Pre-Qualification for Printing and Supply of NEPRA Printed Stationery Items and Reports

National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) invites applications from qualified Printers and Printing Presses for pre-qualification to supply printed stationery items including Letterheads, File Covers, Visiting Cards, PVC Medical Cards, Envelops, Annual Reports, and State of Industry Reports through Open Framework Agreement(s) for a period of three years. The procurement is based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, specifically for NEPRA Tower, Attaturk Avenue (East), G-5/1, Islamabad.\n\nItems being procured:\n- Letterheads (approx. 13,000 per year)\n- File Covers (approx. 30,000 per year)\n- Visiting Cards (on demand basis)\n- PVC Medical Cards (on demand basis)\n- Envelops 9 x 4 (approx. 7,000 per year)\n- Annual Reports (approx. 500 per year)\n- State of Industry Reports (approx. 500 per year)\n- Other printing work (on demand basis)\n\nThe scope includes printing and supply of these items within seven days of issuance of work order or call-off quotation without any additional transportation charges. Bidders must have a setup in Rawalpindi/Islamabad, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the active taxpayers list of FBR, and have a minimum of five years relevant experience. Bid security of Rs. 20,000 and performance security of Rs. 50,000 are required. The evaluation criteria include relevant experience, equipment and personnel capabilities, financial strength, and sample designs.\n\nProposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Office of the Director General (Admin/HR), NEPRA Tower, Islamabad by 22nd September 2026 at 1400 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1430 hours.
