Pre-Qualification for Goods and Services Panel for PTV Centers

Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC), the national public service broadcaster based in Islamabad, invites applications from eligible firms and companies for pre-qualification under PPRA Rule 16-A. This is for the establishment of a centralized panel of service providers for procurement of goods and services nationwide on an as-and-when-required basis. The panel will serve PTV Headquarters Office, PTV News, Pakistan TV, ETV Centre (PTV Home), PTV Sports, PTV Global, PTV Drama & Film Academy, all Provincial Television Centers including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Muzaffarabad, and Re-broadcast Stations (RBSs) for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Goods and services for PTV centers nationwide (specific item list not provided in the notice). The pre-qualification process will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 (as amended) and applicable government instructions. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, be active taxpayers, and fulfill eligibility requirements as detailed in the bidding documents. Complete bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Head of Procurement, PTV Headquarters Office, Islamabad, during office hours after publication of this notice. The cost of bidding documents is PKR 2,000/- non-refundable, payable via Pay Order or CDR in favor of Pakistan Television Corporation Limited, following PPRA procedures. Only bids submitted after successful payment of the prescribed bidding document fee will be considered eligible. Failure to submit the required fee will result in disqualification and rejection of the application as per PPRA rules. Applications must be prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents and reach the office of the Controller Audit / Chairman Senior Tender Committee, PTV Headquarters, Constitution Avenue, F-5/1, Islamabad, on or before 22 July 2026. Applications will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.
