Supply, Installation, and Configuration of IT & Audiovisual Equipment for LEJNSIC Karachi

This tender invites qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement, installation, and configuration of IT and audiovisual equipment for the Latif Ebrahim Jamal National Science Information Center (LEJNSIC) at the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences, University of Karachi, Karachi. The procurement aims to upgrade the existing infrastructure with high-performance equipment for academic and administrative use under the department of International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences University of Karachi. Items being procured: - Mixer Power Amplifier TOA 1724, 240W, MIC 1-6 (1 No.) - Column Speakers TOA Bs-1030, 30W (2 Nos.) - Microphone cable imported made in Japan, 300 Meter Spool (1 No.) - Analog Mixer Yamaha original analog MGP 16x 16-Channel Mixer (2 Nos.) - Gooseneck Mic HTDZ HT-D38 or equivalent (40 Nos.) - Audio Interface Cards Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Studio 4th Gen with cables/connectors (4 Nos.) - Wireless Access Point RUCKUS T750 OUTDOOR with mounting kit and LICENSE with PoE injector (2 Nos.) - Passive Networking 3M or equivalent CAT-6 I/O'S with phase plate, back box (100 Nos.) - Laptop Core 7 ProBook 460 / 4 G1iR Series or equivalent (4 Nos.) The scope includes supply, commissioning, complete installation, and configuration with required wiring and accessories. All products must be CE Certified and comply with international standards. Warranty of minimum one year is mandatory for all items. The vendor must provide onsite design, configuration, installation, and technical support during the warranty period. Eligibility criteria include valid tax registration, minimum annual turnover equal to bid amount for last three years, past experience in similar projects, and submission of bid security. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal and a copy with original bid security pay order must be delivered to the Purchase Department ICCBS. The deadline for bid submission is 15-09-2026 at 11:30 AM with bid opening at 12:00 PM the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the serial numbers and item names as listed in the tender document. Delivery schedule is five weeks from contract award. Earnest money of 2% and performance guarantee of 5% of the purchase order value are required. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per SPP Rules 2010 (updated 2019).
