Pre-Qualification for Repair and Maintenance Services for Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force North Islamabad

The Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, through its Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force North Islamabad, invites applications for pre-qualification of firms for repair and maintenance services for the Financial Year 2026-27. The scope covers multiple categories including repair and maintenance of transport, furniture and fixtures, office building, computer hardware, and confiscated goods. Items being procured: - Repair / Maintenance of Transport - Repair of Furniture & Fixture - Repair / Maintenance of Transport (MATRC) - Repair / Renovation of Office Building - Repair of Computer Hardware - Repair / Maintenance of Transport (Gilgit) - Repair / Maintenance of Confiscated Goods The technical scope requires firms to provide comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the listed categories at the designated locations including Gilgit. Interested parties can obtain bidding documents from the office of the Deputy Director (RM) during office hours upon payment of Rs. 1500/- per category (non-refundable). Bids must be submitted on a single stage one envelope basis by 14-09-2026 at 1100 hrs to the Deputy Director (RM) at Plot No. 15-A, Aiza Colony, Shaheen Chowk, Industrial Triangular, Model Town, Humak, Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR for GST & NTN, sound financial position evidenced by last year bank statement, experience details of previous five years, details of equipment and labor, and no litigation history. Firms should preferably be authorized dealers of the mentioned categories and capable of providing all types of repair and maintenance services to the Directorate. Earnest money is mandatory and will be retained throughout FY 2026-27. Late submissions will not be accepted. The Purchase Committee reserves the right to cancel any tender as per PPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid includes the required earnest money and all supporting documents as incomplete submissions or late bids will be rejected outright.
