Pre-qualification of Firms/Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Machinery, Furniture, Building Structure, and IT Equipment

The Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination (IPC) Islamabad invites eligible firms and workshops for the pre-qualification process for repair and maintenance services. This procurement is planned for the Financial Year 2026-27 and covers a range of services including repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, hardware, building structure, other miscellaneous items, and IT equipment. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of Machinery & Equipment - Furniture & Fixture - Hardware - Building Structure - Other Miscellaneous - IT Equipment The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0, with bids to be submitted electronically. The method of procurement is Single Stage One Envelope using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. Interested bidders must register on EPADSv2.0 and submit their bids by Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Vendors not registered on EPADSv2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The Ministry requires firms to have relevant experience and valid registrations including FBR and ATL. Earnest money and bid security are mandatory.
