Tender Description
The Collectorate of Customs (Airport) Islamabad invites pre-qualification applications from firms, dealerships, and workshops for the repair and maintenance of machinery, furniture, hardware, and IT equipment. This pre-qualification is conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, for establishing a Framework Agreement to ensure timely and quality maintenance services.
Items being procured:
- Repair and maintenance services of machinery equipment
- Furniture and fixture repair
- Hardware items maintenance
- IT equipment servicing
Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience and capability in these areas, possess qualified technical personnel, and have adequate tools and diagnostic equipment. They should maintain sufficient workshop and inspection space and have access to genuine quality parts and consumables. Registration with NTN and STRN/GST is mandatory, and firms must not be blacklisted by any government department. The service provider must maintain an emergency response arrangement and provide warranty for defective workmanship or replaced parts.
Interested firms should submit their applications via EPDAS 2.0 by 12:00 PM on 28.09.2026. Applications will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of a call deposit or pay order in favor of the DDO, office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad, must accompany the application.
