Pre-Qualification for Procurement of Repair and Maintenance of Security and Electronic Equipment at Major Airports

The Airport Security Force (ASF) Headquarters invites pre-qualification bids for the procurement planned for the financial year 2026-27. ASF intends to use part of the allocated funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for the repair, maintenance, and upgradation of security equipment and electronic systems held by ASF at major airports only, including specified stations and all airports (major and smaller airports of Pakistan) for the year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair, maintenance, and upgradation of Security Equipment - Repair, maintenance, and upgradation of Electronic Equipment/Systems The scope covers major airports and specified stations across Pakistan. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Headquarters Airports Security Force. The original bid security instrument must reach the office before the bid closing time, failing which the bid will be disqualified. E-bids prepared according to the instructions in the e-Bidding Documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Hard copies of the bids in sealed envelopes must also be forwarded to HQs ASF Procurement Branch Karachi on or before 27 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM using EPADS v2.0. DG ASF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules, 2004.
