Pre-Qualification for Repair Maintenance Services for Financial Year 2026-27 by Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Sindh

The Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Sindh invites pre-qualification tenders for repair and maintenance services for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to GST-registered holders, firms, and vendors with relevant experience and registration. Items/services being pre-qualified include: - Transportation of Goods - Conference, Seminar, Workshop services - Exhibition, Fair and other event services - Transport repair and maintenance of vehicles - Machinery items repair and maintenance including AC, Lift, Photocopier Machine, Generator - Repair of office buildings The scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance work across these categories to support the Directorate's operational needs in Karachi. Interested bidders must be registered with FBR and included in the active taxpayer list. Firms should have at least 3 years of relevant experience with government departments. A bid bond of Rs. 50,000 in the form of bank draft or pay order is required and must be submitted with the bid documents. Tender documents can be obtained from the PPRA website or from the Directorate's office for Rs. 100. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked 'Tender Documents' to the office address. The last date for submission is 25 September 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of firm representatives. Payment will be made through AGPR cheque after completion of official procedures. All proposals must quote prices inclusive of all applicable taxes in PKR. The Directorate reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules 2004.
