Pre-Qualification for Repair and Maintenance Workshop of Official Vehicles Transport Pool Chief Minister's Office 2026-27

The Chief Minister's Office Punjab invites sealed proposals for Pre-Qualification (2026-27) from bidders, firms, sole proprietors, companies, vendors, or workshops engaged in repair and maintenance work of official vehicles and registered with Punjab Revenue Authority for services only, along with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department registration. Items being procured: - Pre-Qualification for repair and maintenance workshop services of official vehicles of Transport Pool of Chief Minister's Office. A complete set of Pre-Qualification Documents can be downloaded from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx. Bidders must upload the required documents with their submission. The last date for submission of Pre-Qualification Bid is **25.08.2026 at 11:00 AM**. The application opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM and 25.08.2026 at the office of Special Secretary (Admin.), Chief Minister's Office, 8-Club GOR-I, Lahore. Pre-qualified firms, workshops, vendors, companies, or sole proprietors must submit a Pay Order or Bank Draft/Call deposit of Rs. 100,000/- in favor of Section Officer (Admin), Chief Minister's Office, Punjab Lahore as Earnest Money. Failure to submit the original Bid Security Instrument in an envelope before the e-bid submission deadline will result in disqualification. Cash, cheque, or less amount of security deposit will not be accepted. The Pre-Qualification will be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended). The Competent Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). Any false, fabricated, or materially incorrect information found at any stage will lead to disqualification. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be called only from the pre-qualified entities by the concerned procuring agency. In case the submission or opening date falls on a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be considered the date of submission and opening. The time and venue will remain the same. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. The earnest money must be submitted in the prescribed form and within the deadline to be considered eligible.
