Pre-Qualification for Repairing, Re-Painting, and Maintenance Works at NDU Complex Islamabad by Military Engineer Services

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for various repair, repainting, and maintenance works at the National Defence University (NDU) Complex in Islamabad. These works are being procured under the authority of the Commander MES (Defence Production) Railway Road Chaklala Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Re-upholstery, repairing, and re-painting of wooden and steel furniture items (Residential Area) at NDU Complex Islamabad - Re-upholstery, repairing, and re-painting of wooden and steel furniture items (Non-Residential Area) at NDU Complex Islamabad - Miscellaneous repair, maintenance, and replacement works under General Electrical Maintenance DP Cell - Repair, maintenance, and replacement of miscellaneous B&R items in C-Type Block No. C-6 and repair, renovation, and decoration works in B-Type Block No. B-4 at NDU Complex Islamabad - Decoration works in Block No. C-13 (Flat No. 132 to 138), Block No. C-15 (Flat No. 151 to 158), and Block No. C-16 (Flat No. 161 to 169) at NDU Complex Islamabad The scope includes detailed repair, renovation, decoration, and maintenance of furniture and building blocks within the NDU Complex. Contractors must have relevant experience and be on the approved MES contractor list or provide proof of credentials including financial standing, bank certificates, staff details, tools and plants, and previous work experience. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited in the form of FDR at the Call account pledged to CMES (DP) Chaklala. Applications must be submitted by 28 September 2026 by 1130 hours and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the required criteria. Detailed work information can be obtained from the concerned executive office on any working day. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Early submission and thorough compliance with MES requirements will improve chances of successful pre-qualification.
