Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab, invites pre-qualification applications from eligible firms and contractors for the construction of residences for officials and officers of the Lahore High Court at Phullarwan. This project is managed by the Executive Engineer, 4th Buildings Division, Lahore, located at 6-McLeod Road, PWD Compound, Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Construction of residences for officials and officers of Lahore High Court at Phullarwan
The project has an approximate cost of PKR 31.842 million and a time limit of 24 months for completion. The scope includes all civil works necessary for the construction of residential buildings as per the detailed requirements provided in the pre-qualification document.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category CB or above with a valid license for the year 2026-27. Specialized codes CE10, EE05, ME02, and ME03 must be possessed. Experience in executing similar projects of like nature, scope, and complexity is mandatory.
Pre-qualification documents containing complete requirements, terms, and conditions are available to registered bidders through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. All required documents and supporting evidence must be submitted online via the e-Procurement system; manual submissions will not be accepted.
The deadline for online submission of pre-qualification applications is 03 October 2026. Clarifications can be sought through the designated section on the e-Procurement portal until 26 September 2026. The response time is calculated from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
