Pre-Qualification for Service Providers Panel for Monitoring and Reporting Cell, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Islamabad

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Monitoring and Reporting Cell Islamabad, invites applications from eligible firms and companies for pre-qualification under PPRA Rule 16. This pre-qualification aims to enlist a panel of service providers for procurement of goods and services on an as-and-when required basis for one financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification applications for service providers panel for Monitoring and Reporting Cell The pre-qualification process will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable government instructions. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, be active taxpayers, and fulfill eligibility requirements as per bidding documents. Bidding documents can be obtained during office hours from the Section Office (General Administration), Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Islamabad. The cost of bidding documents is PKR 50,000 (non-refundable), payable at the National Bank of Pakistan after obtaining the performa from the Ministry. Only bids submitted after successful payment of the bidding document fee will be considered eligible. Failure to submit the fee will result in disqualification and rejection of the application as per PPRA rules. Applications/proposals must be uploaded on EPADs 2.0 portal on or before the closing date and time of 07.09.2026 at 12:00 PM. The opening of bids will be at 12:30 PM on the same day in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives. The notice is also available on www.ppra.org.pk and www.moib.gov.pk.
