Pre-Qualification for Supply of Stitched Uniform Items for Punjab Police Department FY 2026-27

The Punjab Police Department invites applications from well reputed and financially sound firms for the pre-qualification of the supply of stitched uniform items for the financial year 2026-27. This pre-qualification notice was published on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website on 13 August 2026. The opening date and time for pre-qualification applications is 2 September 2026 at 12:30 PM in Lahore. Items being procured: - Stitched Uniform Items The pre-qualification document has been amended to update the financial criteria. The accumulated turnover of the last three financial years (FYs) as per audited financial statements must now be equal to or more than Rs. 2.5 billion (previously Rs. 1.8 billion). If the accumulated turnover is below Rs. 2.5 billion, a formula is applied for scoring. No marks will be awarded if the accumulated turnover in the last three FYs is below Rs. 1.2 billion. Additionally, no marks will be awarded if the net worth is less than Rs. 500 million (previously Rs. 400 million). Firms must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying uniform items to government departments is preferred. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements are as per the pre-qualification document uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Applications must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System or via the Punjab Police website. The submission deadline is strictly 2 September 2026 at 12:30 PM. Late submissions will not be entertained.
