Tender Description
This tender invites expressions of interest from well-reputed, established, and tax-registered software/ERP consultancy firms for the preparation of a Request for Proposal (RFP) document and ERP advisory services. The scope includes requirement analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of an agency-specific ERP solution.
The objective is to engage a qualified consultancy firm to conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing business processes, identify gaps, and translate organizational needs into a technically sound and commercially viable ERP solution. The consultancy will also guide the Federal Employees Benevolent Fund & Group Insurance in implementing the ERP solution aligned with government digitalization policies.
