Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited, Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, Karachi invites proposals from reputed Advertising Agencies, Firms, and Companies registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax departments, Press Information Department (PID), Pakistan Broadcasting Association (PBA), and All Pakistan Newspaper Society (APNS) for the prequalification of advertising agencies through an Open Framework Agreement via E-PADS 2.0. Items being procured: - Prequalification of Advertising Agencies for advertising services The scope includes providing advertising services for the company under a framework agreement. Prospective bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and media regulatory bodies to qualify. Bidders should prepare their bids in accordance with the eligibility criteria and instructions detailed in the bidding documents. Bidding documents can be obtained free of cost online from https://eprocure.gov.pk/. The bids must be submitted latest by September 7th, 2026 on or before 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM at the address below. Eligibility requires valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, PID, PBA, and APNS.
